Me explique o mistério ou vou dizer que não há
Continuo procurando sentido em algum lugar
Me explique a charada ou vou dizer que não há
Só o que mudou foi sua preguiça de pensar
A carne ainda queima
O sangue ainda ferve como sempre
Vendemos e compramos tudo e todo mundo, é simples assim...
Pedras no sapato nos fazem calçar
É preciso tanto mártir pra se desapegar?
Não vou voltar atrás do que quero explicar
Opções sem nexo não podem me podar
A carne ainda queima
O sangue ainda ferve como sempre
Vendemos e compramos tudo e todo mundo, é simples assim...
Não há chance para sairmos daqui
Sem saber onde estamos
Sem saber pra onde ir
MISTERY
Please explain the mystery, or I'll say there's none
I keep trying to find meaning somewhere
Please explain the riddle, or I'll say there's none
They only change is your mental laziness
Flesh still burns
Blood still boils, same as always
We sell and buy everything and everybody, it's that simple...
Stones in the shoes they make us wear
Do we need that many martyrs to let it go?
I will not take back what I'm trying to explain
Meaningless choices can't prune me
Flesh still burns
Blood still boils, same as always
We sell and buy everything and everybody, it's that simple...
There's no chance for us to leave this place
Without knowing where we are
Without knowing where to go
All killer, no filler, out to prove that pure 100% proof hardcore punk doesn't have to be generic or boring. Like a modern version of early Youth Brigade, Colera or Battalion Of Saints! Futuro
Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist
The Minneapolis band add a horn section, a running surrealist allegory about walls, and an occasional nod to the elegiac to their electroshocked post-punk. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 4, 2024
